1. You can focus on squats without counting or remembering the numbers or times. Just hit the start button, the app will automatically start when you are still and ready, automatically count your numbers or time your exercises, and then automatically stop when your targeted time or rep numbers is reached. You can hold your phone in hand, secure it in arm/wrist band, or simply slip it into your pants pocket. Just make sure it will move with you.
2. You can work your way up to a better health and fitness with increased number of repetitive or longer time of squats.
3. You can quickly check your standing among your friends and all the users of this app with leaderboard.
4. You will be awarded with points when you are accumulating more squats. Make your goal for 100 reps, 1 thousand reps, or even 1 million reps. Then watch your achievement being rewarded.
5. You can challenge your friends through the game center directly or post the result to your social media.
